Until then, you can use the 12/23/16 edition. Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion: New edition dated 04/10/17. Starting 06/09/17, we will only accept the 04/10/17 edition. Until then, you can use the 12/23/16 edition. Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur: New edition dated 04/10/17. Starting 06/09/17, we will only accept the 04/10/17 edition.
