The US State Department new Visa Bulletin has been released (see Visa Bulletin). The preference category movements were not as rapid as last month, but there were movements forward for relatives of US Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residences, as well for Employment based categories.
October 2014 saw the strong movements forward for the Family Based 2nd Preference (A and B) for Spouses, Children and Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Mexican Lawful Permanent Residents.
Also the Employment Based Third Preference saw a 6 month jump for all countries except high migration countries, China jumped 5 months forward, and Mexico and the Philippines also moved 6 months forward. The "EB-3 Other Workers" was the same, except that there was no movement in the China category.
