USCIS Policy Manual Update for MAVNI

The USCIS Policy Manual has been updated to provide information about the existing Department of Defense Military Accessions Vital to National Interest (MAVNI) Program. This update incorporates currently available information about MAVNI and does not establish new policies or procedures. Volume 12, Part I: Department of Defense Military Accessions Vital to National Interest Program is effective on August 3, 2016.
