EB-5 Processing Times Update

Update from USCIS on Dec. 23, 2014:

The average processing time for Form I-829 (Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions) was increased to 8.6 months from the previous estimate of 6.8 months 2 weeks earlier.
