Today I attended a great event in Downtown Los Angeles,
across the street from the LA Live entertainment center, celebrating the
on-time completion and opening of the newest hotel in the area.
This hotel was funded through EB-5 investors with 100% I-526
Petition Approval Rate according to its representatives. They plan on creating
an additional hotel as part of its next phase of expansion. That phase will be fully
funded by EB-5 investments for equity ownership.
