Book Review: Relentless

Super successful individuals play in a league of their own. Jordan and Kobe think completely differently about how they execute their plans. Tim S. Grover was their personal trainer and helped them to get to the top and maintain their position. He shares his knowledge in "Relentless: From Good To Great To Unstoppable." The book provides great insight into what needs to be done to reach that level. I can't say that the gains of executing like the greats are worth all the costs to me. But peeking into their world to pick up strategies is well worth the read. This part of the book really hit home for me: "...The greatest battles you will ever fight are with yourself, and you must always be your toughest opponent. Always demand more of yourself than others demand of you.  Be honest with yourself, and you'll be able to meet every challenge with confidence and the deep belief that you are prepared for anything..."
